DASHBOARD GUIDE
This article explains all the features and terms found on the DASHBOARD in CashCowPro
To change which Seller Central Account / Marketplace is shown on the DASHBOARD, select the Seller Central account you want to see in the top left hand corner of CashCowPro
MAIN METRICS
SALES
This is your TOTAL sales revenue for the account(s) you have selected in the time period selected
*For PROMO / PROMOTIONAL SALES Amazon uses the FULL PRICE value of your item and deducts the discount under the PROMO FEES section
EXAMPLE
Your PROMO is for 50% off. The original price is $20 and the PROMO price is $10
Amazon will use $20 to calculate your SALES revenue then deduct the $10 discount as a PROMO FEE. CashCowPro will also use $20 to calculate your SALES and show the discount under the PROMO FEE section of the DASHBOARD.

UNITS
This is the TOTAL number of units of all your products you have sold for the account(s) you have selected in the time period selected
FULL This is the total number of FULL PRICE units of all your products you have sold for the account(s) you have selected in the time period selected
PROMO This is the total number of PROMO units of all your products you have sold for the account(s) you have selected in the time period selected

ORDERS
This is the TOTAL number of orders of all your products you have sold for the account(s) you have selected in the time period selected
FULL This is the total number of FULL PRICE orders of all your products you have sold for the account(s) you have selected in the time period selected
PROMO This is the total number of PROMO orders of all your products you have sold for the account(s) you have selected in the time period selected
AVG. PRICE
Using the total SALES divided by the number of units sold for the time period selected
EXAMPLE
$10,000 in SALES for the LAST 7 DAYS
UNITS 1000 for the LAST 7 DAYS
AVG. PRICE = $10,000 / 1000 = $10 Per Unit
GROSS PROFIT
This is the NET payout you will receive from Amazon for the time period selected. Using the total SALES the following costs are remove
- FBA FEES
- PROMO FEES
- PPC FEES
- REFUNDS
- VAT - CashCowPro no longer includes USA Taxes in the profit calculation. Your Profit is NOT affected.

NET PROFIT
This is the NET PROFIT for the time period selected. Using the total SALES the following costs are remove
- FBA FEES
- PROMO FEES
- PPC FEES
- REFUNDS
- VAT
- LANDED COST (COST OF GOODS)

STOCK VALUE
This is the TOTAL value of your inventory. It is calculated by multiplying the current LANDED COST of the product by the number of units in stock. We then add all your SKUs Stock Values together to give you an indication of the value of your inventory.
EXAMPLE
LANDED COST $10
INVENTORY 200 Units
STOCK VALUE = $10 x 200 = $2,000
COG
This is the TOTAL Cost of Goods or LANDED COST of the units you sold during the time period selected.
EXAMPLE
If you sold 50 units of product A which had a LANDED COST of $10 and 20 units of product B which had a LANDED COST of $15 your COG would be
COG = (50 x $10) + (29 x $15) = $500 + $300 = $800
PPC
This is the TOTAL you spent on PPC during the time period selected
GROSS MARGIN %
This is your GROSS PROFIT / SALES for the time period selected
NET MARGIN %
This is your NET PROFIT / SALES for the time period selected
ROI %
This is your NET PROFIT / COST OF GOODS (or LANDED COST) for the time period selected
LANDED COST SETTINGS
This icon lets you update your LANDED COSTS or COST OF GOODS individually or via a CSV upload
PREVIOUS PERIOD
This check box lets you compare the SALES of the current time period with the SALES of the previous time period.
EXAMPLE
If you have selected LAST 7 DAYS this will show you the LAST 7 DAYS vs the LAST 7 DAYS before that
DATE RANGE / TIME PERIOD SELECTION
This section allows you to choose the time period for which the data is displayed on the dashboard
TODAY Shows data for today based on the AMAZON Marketplace you have selected
YESTERDAY Shows data for yesterday based on the AMAZON Marketplace you have selected
LAST 7 DAYS Shows data for the last 7 days EXCLUDING TODAY
LAST 14 DAYS Shows data for the last 14 days EXCLUDING TODAY
LAST 30 DAYS Shows data for the last 30 days EXCLUDING TODAY
LAST 60 DAYS Shows data for the last 60 days INCLUDING TODAY
LAST 6 MONTHS Shows data for the last 6 MONTHS days INCLUDING TODAY
LAST 12 MONTHS Shows data for the last 12 MONTHS days INCLUDING TODAY
CUSTOM Shows data for the date range you have selected INCLUDING TODAY
TIME STAMP / REFRESH
This shows the last time the data was updated in CashCowPro for the Amazon account you have selected. By pressing REFRESH you will be shown the latest data available in CashCowPro.
