How to use the SELECTION Product Research Filter?
1. SELECT the Amazon MARKETPLACE you want to find products for.
2. SELECT the CATEGORIES you want to search for.
3. Input your required product FILTERS (explained below)
4. Hit APPLY FILTERS, and BOOM your results are displayed below.
FILTERS
Use the FROM and TO boxes to set the range for the products you are looking for. Examples are provided below.
You can leave part of the filters blank and just use a lower limit (FROM) or upper limit (TO) when searching, e.g. search ESTIMATED SALES FROM 5000, this will search all products with sales revenue over $5,000, GBP or EUR (depending on the market selected) with no upper limit on sales revenue.
PRICE
This is the Amazon price of the products. Set the minimum to maximum price range.
EXAMPLE
FROM 15 TO 80. This will search for all products that sell for between $15 and $80 if you have selected Amazon USA. If you choose an EU Marketplace this would filter only products between EUR 15 and EUR 80.
Do not enter the currency, the tool will automatically use the currency of the marketplace it is searching in.
ESTIMATED SALES
SALES is the estimated monthly revenue of the product on Amazon in the selected marketplace.
EXAMPLE
FROM $10000 and $200000. This will search for all products that have monthly revenues of between $10000 and $200000 if you have selected Amazon USA. If you choose an EU Marketplace this would filter only products with sales revenue of between EUR 10000 and EUR 200000.
Do not enter the currency, the tool will automatically use the currency of the marketplace it is searching in.
ESTIMATED UNITS
UNITS is the estimated monthly number of units sold of the product on Amazon in the selected marketplace.
EXAMPLE
FROM 300 TO 2000. This will search for all products that have monthly sales in units of between 300 and 2000 units per month.
REVIEWS
REVIEWS is the number of reviews the of the product on Amazon in the selected marketplace.
EXAMPLE
FROM 1 TO 500. This will search for all products that have between 1 and 500 reviews.
RATING
RATING is the review score or average rating the of the product on Amazon in the selected marketplace.
EXAMPLE
FROM 1 TO 4.5. This will search for all products that have a average review score between 1 and 4.5.
BSR
BSR is the Best Seller Rank (determined by Amazon) of the product on Amazon in the selected marketplace.
EXAMPLE
FROM 1 TO 100000. This will search for all products that have a BSR of 100000 or less
SELLERS
SELLERS is the number of active sellers listing the product for sale on Amazon in the selected marketplace.
EXAMPLE
FROM 1 TO 10. This will search for all products that have 1 to 10 sellers.
FEES
FEES is the per unit FBA FEES for the product.
EXAMPLE
FROM 1 TO 10. This will search for all products that have FBA FEES between $1 to $10 if you are searching Amazon.com. If you are searching Amazon UK this would be GBP, and for EU Marketplace searches this would be EUR 1 to 10.
NET OF FBA
NET OF FBA is the per unit net revenue for the product.
It's AMAZON PRICE - FBA FEES = NET OF FBA.
EXAMPLE
FROM 15 TO 45. This will search for all products that after FBA FEES will generate $15 to $45 per unit if you are searching Amazon.com. (For Amazon UK this would be GBP, and for EU Marketplace this would be EUR).
WEIGHT
WEIGHT is the weight of the product in LBS.
EXAMPLE
FROM 0.1 TO 10. This will search for all products that weight between 0.1 and 10LBS.
SIZES
SIZES lets you filter by the Amazon size category. Amazon classes products into STANDARD (lower FBA FEES) and OVERSIZE (Higher FBA FEES), please see here for more information.
SELLERS
SELLERS lets you filter products by who is selling them on Amazon.
Amazon.com means the product is currently being sold by Amazon direct.
FBA means that another seller like you is selling the product using Amazon FBA.
Merchant means that another seller like you is selling the product but they are posting it from their own warehouse.
KEYWORDS
This lets you filter by products with the keyword in the title. e.g. if you add in "iPhone" it will only show products that use this in the title.
RESULTS
IMAGE
This shows an image of the product. To see more details click the blue ASIN / Amazon Link under the product name.
NAME
This shows the TITLE used for the product.
ASIN / LINK TO AMAZON PAGE
The blue ASIN number shows the products Amazon ASIN and links directly to the product page on Amazon.
PRICE
This shows the PRICE of the product on Amazon.
FEES
This shows the FBA FEES for the product.
NET
This shows the Net Revenue per Unit for the product after taking out Amazon FBA FEES.
E.g. If it sells for $50 and the FBA FEES are $10, the NET would be $40 per unit.
UNITS
This is the ESTIMATED number of units sold of the product per month in the marketplace you have selected.
SALES
This is the ESTIMATED SALES REVENUE of the product per month in the marketplace you have selected.
BSR
This is the Best Seller Rank of the product as determined by Amazon.
REVIEWS/RATING
This shows the total number of reviews and the average review rating of the product.
SELLER
This shows who is selling them on Amazon.
Amazon.com means the product is currently being sold by Amazon direct.
FBA means that another seller like you is selling the product using Amazon FBA.
Merchant means that another seller like you is selling the product but they are posting it from their own warehouse.
SELLERS
This shows the number of sellers currently selling this product.
SIZE
This shows the Amazon Size Tier for the product. Amazon classes products into STANDARD (lower FBA FEES) and OVERSIZE (Higher FBA FEES), please see here for more information.
WEIGHT
This shows the weight of the product (Amazon Shipping Weight) in LBS.
SAVE
This icon lets you save the product to your "MY POTENTIAL PRODUCTS" section.
REFRESH
This icon lets you REFRESH the product data to get the latest sales/ranking data.
