SETTING UP AND ASSIGNING TEMPLATES / SEQUENCES / EMAILS
If you do not have any Templates/Sequences set up and assigned to products, you will not see any products in the Emails page in Messaging.
Select ALL Accounts
Before starting make sure you go to the top left of CashCowPro and ensure you have ALL selected (this is so we are showing all your accounts) or the specific account you want to assign templates for. If your template has not been assigned to any products yet it will only show in the ALL view.
Create and Assign a New Sequence
These are the steps to create a New Sequence and Assign it to a product. You can skip to Assign an Existing Sequence below if you have already created a template/sequence.
1. Go to Messaging, then Templates
2. Create a New Sequence
3. Name the Sequence
4. Select the Type of Emails

5. Add a Subject and Content for your Email
You can add up to 2 x 10MB attachments per email.

6. Hit Save when the email is ready
7. Add as many emails into your sequence as you want by clicking New Email. Make sure you save the current email before adding a New Email.
8. Hit Save again once everything is ready
9. Would you like to assign Products to this Sequence? Click YES.
10. Select the products you want this sequence to be assigned to. WARNING: Check which marketplace the product is selling in before assigning. Different marketplaces will have different languages, so be sure you create a new sequence for each of the marketplaces.
11. The sequence has now automatically been assigned to this product. If you go to the EMAILS page in Messaging you will now see it and it will be ENABLED and send for new order.
Assign an Existing Sequence

1. Go to Messaging, then Templates
2. Find the Template you want and click Assign
3. Select the products you want this template to be assigned to. WARNING: Check which marketplace the product is selling in before assigning. Different marketplaces will have different languages, so be sure you create a new sequence for each of the marketplaces.
4. The sequence has now automatically been assigned to this product. If you go to the EMAILS page in Messaging you will now see it and it will be ENABLED and send for new order.
