WHAT ARE DEFAULT / PROMOTIONAL / REPEAT EMAIL TEMPLATES?

Default

If default is enabled, and you dont have a promotional or repeat template enabled for that SKU then this email sequence will go out for all new orders from the date it was enabled.

Promotional

You need to have a DEFAULT template set up first. Then you can also enable a Promotional template. This will be sent for all orders classed as a promotion by Amazon.

Repeat

You need to have a DEFAULT template set up first. Then you can also enable a Repeat template. This will be sent for all orders where the customer has ordered from you before or ordered that exact SKU before. You can adjust which version to use in the SETTINGS tab of MESSAGING.
