Use [[contact_us_link]]
This displays a link to the your Seller Contact Page so the customer can email you.

You can hide the link and replace it with text
Using [[contact_us_link:Contact Us]] changes this to

Use [[contact_amazon_link]]
This displays a link to Amazon Customer Service.

BUYER FULL NAME
Use [[buyer_name]]
This displays the buyer's full name (the receiver may be different).

UNSUBSCRIBE BUTTON
Unsubscribe is already added to the bottom of each email.
When the user clicks the link it will automatically unsubscribe then from future emails. There is no need to "confirm" the unsubscribe.
ORDER ID
Use [[order_id]]
This will display the order number

Use [[order_link]]
This will display the order number and link to the order in the customer's Amazon account. Clicking it takes them straight to the order details.
