Why is my data not displaying?

All or some of your data may not be displaying for several reasons:

  • We've not yet started processing your data (especially if you've just signed up). It may take up to several hours to first appear,
  • The product(s) in question may be inactive (out of stock or disabled) on Amazon.com,
  • For product market metrics, you must ensure that your primary keyword has been set
  • or your MWS details are incorrect - please check your details here
